Scottish Seniors Open Professional Entry List
A list of all professionals taking part in the Scottish Seniors Open event can be viewed on the European Tour website.
Please note this list will change up to the 13th Sept.
Car Parking
Most importantly, members wishing to come and spectate can obtain a car park pass prior to the Scottish Seniors Open event from the pro
shop or golf office. Whilst access to the event is free, anyone without a car park pass will be asked to
go to the public car park where there is a charge for parking (this charge goes to the East Lothian
Food Bank). Members parking is in Car Park 2 which is the overflow car park beside the driving
range. The car park can be accessed from the main driveway to the club and then follow signs for
CP2.
Clubhouse
During the event the clubhouse will be specifically for the use of the Scottish Senior Open competitors and their guests, Pro
Am competitors, European Tour staff, media, hospitality guests and of course our members. Also, at
certain times throughout the event there may be security at the entrances to the clubhouse please
show your membership card to gain access, if you do not have your card with you please ask for a
member of the Craigielaw staff to come and authorise access.
Bar and Catering
During the event the Members lounge will be a Members & Players Lounge, drinks can be purchased
from the bar as normal. There will be a limited food menu available throughout the event to allow
the kitchen to deal with the Pro Am events. I would ask all members to be mindful of how many
guests you may bring into the clubhouse and the space taken up at what will be a busy time.
Further more, on the course beside the 18th fairway there will also be a tented village with bar and catering stands.
Weather Delays/Suspensions
In the event of bad weather the Tour have asked that we keep the Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th
clear and if needed the event will run onto those days. As we go into the event days we will off
course release the extra days so members can book as normal.
Courtesy Golf at other Courses
Whilst it is hoped that members want to come and spectate at the event, if you would like us to try
and arrange a game at another local course please let the pro shop or golf office know. Tee times
available will be very limited given the event is over a weekend but we will endeavour to arrange
something that suits.
